Both Pluses and Minuses

You know when your day goes totally wrong and then the next is perfectly good?
What is that called?
I call it my plus day and my minus day.
Both help us learn what to do right and what we did wrong.
To me, I say, they both tell a story, but the main character is you!
It’s true.
So when you have a plus day and a minus day, write it down and tell it to someone close.
