Issue #6: Call for Submissions!

Pure in Heart is OPEN for submissions!

Get out your notebook, writing tablet, paints, and typewriter (people still use these, right?) because we are open for submissions for our 6th issue!

We’re looking for writers and artists of all ages to send us their best, most creative, edited, and polished Christian-themed work.

Here’s what we want:

We know you’re up for the challenge. So, check out those guidelines, and send us something wonderful no later than September 30th.

Guidelines (for 17 and younger)

Poetry: 1–3 poems (any length).

Short Stories: 1 story, no longer than 2,000 words.

Art & Photography: 1–3 photos of your artwork.

Comics, Games, Recipes, etc.: 1–3 items.

Deadline: September 30th

Poetry: 1–5 poems (any length).

Short Stories: 1–2 stories, no longer than 2,000 words each.

Art & Photography: 1–4 pieces at a time. We also accept image-text hybrids.

Comics, Games, Recipes, etc.: 1–3 items.

Deadline: September 30th
