‘Autumn Air’ and ‘Dove Haiku’ — Two Poems by Lori Wall-Holloway

< Back to Issue #10

Autumn Air

by Lori Wall-Holloway

Cool, crisp autumn air
beckons the world to refresh
in the fall season

Dove Haiku

by Lori Wall-Holloway

Dove of Peace, please come
into this sick, downcast heart
and refresh my soul

About the Poet

Lori Wall-Holloway’s poetry has appeared in several publications that include Pure in Heart Stories, Highland Park Poetry and Four Feathers Press. She has taught writing to a Middle School group in a homeschool co-op and loves it when her students’ work surpasses her own. While she enjoys inspiring others, she hopes her poetry and prose will encourage subsequent generations.
