Majestic God in the Heavens

by Quinn Geaghan

Golden dreams,
Starry eyes,
Does God ever rest?
Majestic is His name
Throughout the Heavens!

Gown of crushed stars,
You glow
Like a thousand diamonds,
You weave sunsets
And moonlight
Through
Thundering fingers.

Your angels
Play crystallized harps
With strings of silver.
They sing Your name
For eternity.

The Soul God Sewed

by Quinn Geaghan

In Heaven,
Sunfire spills —
Golden threads swaying,
Dripping beads of flame.

And God,
With patient hands,
Stitched my soul
With roses —
Jeweled, trembling
On a silver string.

God’s Glory

by Quinn Geaghan

I look above —
Glass gleaming,
Wings of fire
Fanning my heart to flame.

I thought,
This is where fire
Meets water.

Now
I’ve seen Holiness,
And nothing
Can be compared to it.
