Kindness

Kindness changes everything
In so many different ways,
Never doubt the joy it can bring
Doing one kindly act each day.
Nothing can beat kindness
Each person can try their best
Simply helping one another
So people feel loved and blessed.


About the Poet

Helen lives beside a beautiful park in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, where she can be found walking, and occasionally running too! Retired now, she has recently started writing poetry for children after being published in print and online with poems for adults, including The Paperclip Vol 4 (University of Ulster); Drawn to the Light Press Issue 15; Poetry in Motion (University of Ulster & Translink). Her children’s poetry has been published in Pure In Heart and The Dirigible Balloon.
