We have new important dates for 2026!
Hello Writers and Artists! This message is to let you know that we have new dates for our submission reading periods, and new release dates for our issues. These changes are purely for the sake of our editors, so that we have the time to make Pure in Heart the best it can be.
Here are the new times to send us submissions:
- Jan 20th – Feb 28th for Issue 11 — We open one week from today!
- Jul 20th – Aug 31st for Issue 12
Issue 11 will be released in April, and Issue 12 will come out in October.
Besides the submission reading times, we’ve updated our site and we’re excited for you to check it out! We now have a countdown on the homepage for when we open for submissions, links to check out our favorite superhero series (the adventures of Beatrix!), and, of course, a smorgasbord of games, jokes, art, and stories for you to discover.
Come back next week to submit your work! (But don’t forget to read our submission guidelines first …)
