Pure in Heart is OPEN for submissions for Issue #10!
Calling all writers, artists, poets, and creative people of all ages!
We want you to send us your best work for our 10th (and hopefully, most awesome) issue!
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Playful and heartfelt poetry
- Nail-biting and exciting stories
- Colorful artwork
- Funny and adventurous comics
- Unexpected jokes and riddles
- Delicious recipes that your grandparents taught you
- Challenging and fun games with Bible themes
Remember to check out the full guidelines before submitting, and send us something wonderful no later than September 30th.
We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Guidelines (for ages 17 and younger)
Poetry: 1–3 poems (any length).
Short Stories: 1 story, no longer than 2,000 words.
Art & Photography: 1–3 photos of your artwork.
Comics, Jokes, Recipes, Games: 1–3 items.
Deadline: September 30th
Guidelines (for ages 18 and older)
Poetry: 1–5 poems (any length).
Short Stories: 1–2 stories, no longer than 2,000 words each.
Art & Photography: 1–4 pieces at a time. We also accept image-text hybrids.
Comics, Jokes, Recipes, Games: 1–3 items.
Deadline: September 30th
